This membership includes everything in Continuity Concierge, with additional time and focus dedicated to advanced laboratory review, cardiometabolic risk assessment, periodic health reviews, and preventive strategy planning aligned with current clinical guidelines. Genetic and pharmacogenomic interpretation, when clinically appropriate, is provided through integration with precision health partners and may involve separate third-party testing costs. Limited after-hours messaging is available for urgent concerns.

- Membership does not replace emergency or urgent care services. In emergencies, patients should call 911 or seek local emergency care
- Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, and specialty services are billed separately by third parties unless explicitly stated
- Advanced testing and analytics, including genetic and pharmacogenomic panels, may be offered when clinically appropriate and may involve additional cost through external partners
- Memberships are month-to-month. No long-term contracts. No insurance billing
- Services are provided within a concierge care model and tailored during onboarding based on clinical appropriateness, capacity, and patient needs

Concierge medicine is a membership-based model where you pay a monthly fee directly to your physician, removing insurance from the primary care relationship. This allows for longer visits, easier access, and care focused on you rather than billing codes.
Yes. We currently accept cash and card payments (including HSA/FSA cards), though we anticipate expanding our payment options in the future. Concierge medicine covers primary care only. We strongly advise maintaining health insurance coverage for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialists, and catastrophic events. Many of our members pair concierge medicine with high-deductible health plans.
Dr. Nkrumah will coordinate referrals to trusted specialists and help navigate the process. Care coordination is included in all membership tiers.
For most primary care needs, yes. Research shows virtual care provides equivalent outcomes for many conditions, while offering greater convenience and access. We will refer you for in-person evaluation when clinically indicated.
