Every membership begins with a Foundation Period: a structured onboarding phase that includes baseline labs, physician-led genetic health interpretation, and an in-depth physician review to build your clinical foundation.
Services billed separately include specialist visits, imaging, prescriptions, emergency care, and ongoing lab services after your onboarding period.
This is not health insurance. Keep insurance for emergencies, hospital care, specialists, and prescriptions.

After you enroll, we spend the first several months getting to know you in depth: your history, your labs, your goals. This foundation period is how your doctor learns who you are, so every visit after that builds on a real understanding of your health.
You see the same doctor for every visit. Over time, your doctor builds a deep understanding of your history, your patterns, and what works for you, so care decisions build on what came before rather than starting over. If your doctor is ever temporarily unavailable, any covering doctor will be fully briefed on your care. When your doctor returns, they pick up exactly where things left off. Your context carries forward.
Your level is based on your overall health needs: how many conditions you manage, how much coordination your care requires, and how much ongoing attention is appropriate. Your doctor determines this with you in conversation.
Yes, but only when your long-term health needs genuinely change. A temporary illness or rough patch does not change your level. Any adjustment is discussed with you openly.
Yes. You must be physically located in Washington State during your telehealth visit. This is required by law.
No. This membership does not provide emergency care or urgent care. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
No. Joining the waitlist does not establish a physician-patient relationship and does not provide medical advice. That relationship begins only after you enroll and complete your first visit, subject to physician judgment about clinical fit.
When capacity allows, we contact people from the waitlist with a clear overview of membership structure, terms, and next steps. You will understand how the relationship works before you decide whether to enroll.
